Settings> CyanogenMod Settings> Input Settings> should be fairly obvious.
Yeah, I realized that I've already checked it out before. It didn't register. I saw what he said and it made me think of something like MIUI so I was excited haha. Do you run nightlies or the official builds/stable? Whatever it is
That's not fair. I update every few days, RC and nightly, but once a final build hits I stay on it for a couple weeks unless a new version of the final comes out because usually the next few weeks are new feature testing and those can be totally unstable.
However, as great as the latest nightlies have been recently I might change that pattern.
What is 10char? Haha and what isn't fair?
Yeah, I didn't realize nightlies were like, literally every night. I've been running the 196 build and today I changed to the 202 build. Had no idea that it's been changing. Is there a changelog anywhere? I have no idea what it changed but so far they have been stable for me. One of the best ROMs I've run on my replacement.
And also, what are your CPU temps for normal and heavy use?
10Char is what people punch in to make sure their posts are ten characters long. It's an anti-spamming feature. And it wasn't fair that I leave you with a yes for an answer when you'd asked a specific question like that.
And yes, that's why they call them nightlies. There's no real changelog, but there is something over on the github if you wanted to go dig it up.
My temps vary, but once in a while I'll still trip my failsafe if I'm going nuts with what I'm doing. I'm also clocked to 1.2GHz and usually have my phone plugged in to my PC via USB for tethering.
I'm gonna be honest, I still don't really understand that concept.
Wouldn't they run out of stuff to put in the ROM at that point?
Oh, okay. My replacement has been going wild with the temps
Apparently not. 202 even has a roaming option for in-country only as well as one for international roaming. Stevie like!
Also, keep in mind that every new feature needs cleaning up and bugs quashed, so...
I don't think I even use that haha. Unless I do and don't know it
Are you saying I should report any finds or?
If you want to. I like finding the ones that matter to me, and reporting them if queried. Some people will dig and dig and even if they're looking at something new don't recognize as such, so...
Where do I post them? In the nightlies section or on the website? I just started using Cyanogen so I'm a little unclear on how everything works
The nightlies thread here is probably a good place.
Sounds good then
