Leaves something to be desired? I would lose about 10% bettery life, sometimes a little more overnight when not charging... Now it loses about 30-40%. That's not including the incredible battery drain during usage.

Anyone else seeing this? I'm comparing this to RC4. Didn't have any battery problems with the nightlies as well.

I've read that a lot of people are having battery issues, but I'm actually having the best battery life ever on 7.0.2.

I actually didn't think of this but tried it. Battery life seemed a bit better on my first attempt to drain the battery... charging now so we'll see... fingers crossed, cuz that was nasty drain.

7.0.2 with deprimed (ULV) on Bumblebee.

I'm blown away by the battery life. I go 15-16 hours with pretty heavy use. Give that kernel a shot maybe?

Check setcpu or CPU spy to make sure your the system is using all available slots. One of my OGs wouldn't go lower than 450 following the update and required a wipe.

I got sluggish performance on all primed/deprimed kernels with my OG and CM7... haven't tried on 702 yet.. Maybe I will but I much prefer the smoothness I get from Slayher.

Nah I always check Setcpu first thing after I load a new kernel... I mostly let the governer be handled by CM and then just set profiles with Setcpu, haven't really had any problems with that deal.
