We're at RC2 and pretty stable. There have been some lingering issues with gingerbread such as memory management on our "low mem" devices, but I've been using CM7 as a daily driver for a while now. I highly recommend loading one of prime's kernels (I'm using deprimed) as compcache is broken in the CM7 stock kernel, and most likely you'll need it. You can try the latest nightly, or a build from winner00. You can find all these things in this forum.
