Okay, so I booted into clockwork and made a backup. Then restored my stock backup and flashed a rom. Worked ok but needed to go back for work. So booted into recovery and restored. It loaded up correct rom, but as if it was my first time. My personal stuff (texts, calls, shortvuts, wallpaper, apps, everything) gone!

Thought nandroid would save exactly how was, txts n all, now im screwed. Thanks!!!!!!

Hey man sorry for the bad experience, its happens. You shouldnt be blaming koush for it. He has done alot for the android community. Thanks to people like him, we had a custom recovery like clockwork.

Hmm, that is interesting. I also assumed that Nandroid backups were the equivalent of making a disk image of your phone. That's always been my experience... though I admit that I don't really know the technical details of how Nandroid and Clockwork do their thing.
