I cannot get my clockword mod to work through ROM Manager. Is this a known issue? If so, what is the easiest way to instal Rubix on the phone? It is already rooted, via Z4root.

You need to pick up the droid x bootstrapper from the marketplace in order to access cm recovery.

Good deal. Those of us with droid x/2 have to use the bootstrapper.

Its a custom recovery used to flash roms and themes.

The latest clockworkmod wasn't working for me yesterday when I tried to flash a kernel..I flashed an earlier version of clockwork mod and it worked.

so can you boot into recovery with bootstrapper?

I'd load bootstrapper, click reboot recovery, give sudo access, reboot recovery to see if it works. backup (of course) reboot into the system and then try with the rom manager.

if it still doesn't work uninstall and reinstall?
