I'm having 4g drops all of a sudden... It may be a "rolling" thing..idk.

I'm still not able to send/receive texts. I was able to phone out but didn't try calling in. 4g has been stable-ish.

This is some bull!! Verizon is telling me it's my phone having issues and no issues with their service or towers. Yet people are complaining all over the place about the outage.

If they would just tell us what's going on it would be easier. Don't have your CSRs blaming my phone and saying I need to get a new one and a sim card.
