Finally got some answers from Verizon today. I have been having serious coverage issues since Wednesday.
Spoke with some one in tech support today. They told me they are having trouble with a “switch” here in Cleveland. I guess it manages service for a lot of phones in this area.
Of course no idea on time line when this will be fixed.
