I've noticed lately that my sd card is full of all kinds of bull "stuff"

i want to go through it and clean all the junk out but not sure what is okay to delete and what's not.

After flashing rom after rom for over a year now, and all kinds of wallpapers, apps and icons, how do I know what can be deleted and what not?

Anybody else done a thorough cleaning of their sd card?

When I'm vetting to flash a new Tom and want to start fresh, I just backup the SD on my comp and delete the entire SD card.

    Basically everything except
.android_secure, rzrecovery (if you have it) and clockworkmod folders and titanium backup if you use it, most roms don't really use anything on the sdcard much anyway

Also remember to transfer any pics or music you want to keep. I reformatted my sd last week. The apps you use will get put back on automatically.

Basically, I will delete all empty folders. Others, you can open and have a check of it.
