Circle next to LED

Hey all,

I've been searching around the forums and I couldn't find an answer.

There's a little circle next to the LED light, and I can't find out anything about it. I've looked in the Manual for the phone and in the forums and no one has talked about it. I almost thought that maybe it was a defect, but my mom has the same thing on her phone. Can anyone enlighten me?

I believe that is the proximity sensor you are referring to. Make a call then put your finger over it and the screen will blank out.

I think there are actually 4 things on the front. One is the LED, one is the proximity sensor, one is the light sensor for when you are using automatic brightness, and I don't remember what the last is.

Top left is proximity sensor, top right is led, and I believe the light sensor.

I was wondering the same thing.. LED, light sensor and prox sensor make sense.. but what is the fourth circle?
