Circle Battery Indicator for DX

I am looking for a circle battery indicator I am running apex v1 with nex theme. I tried to male my own by editing the res.framework file ( exact name is escaping me) ended up just putting my phone in a boot loop. Googled this and never found anything about the DX.

So if you guys know where I can find a file or how to do this my self would be cool.
