It's the stock Liberty theme, but it's almost completely invisible.

As to the wallpapers, one is a play on little red riding hood, and the other is some Sci-Fi art by Nicolas Bouvier.

WidgetLocker Lockscreen is an application from the android marketplace. The UltraLinx files can be found here. Both require you to pay.
