What Clock/Date widgets are those? I've never seen them before. Also, what lock screen replacement is that? Looks great.

The lock screen looks like a customized Wigetlocker and the clock/date/weather widgets look to me like Minimalistic Text.

Widgetlocker using a custom slider from Ultralinx. The widget itself is Minimalistic Text configured using this [video=youtube;uSl_ZlrPTq0]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSl_ZlrPTq0"]tutorial[/video]. I wish I could take credit for it but it's mostly Ultralinx's work, the only thing I did was made the launcher pro icons, and I did that using pre-made photoshop actions.
