Recently, my Motorola charger that came with my phone stopped working abruptly and would only charge my phone up to 15%. So, I switched to my old HTC Incredible 2's charger, after one use with my Bionic, it now does the same thing! What could be wrong?

It could be possible that your contacts are bad, or your USB port on your phone is bad.

Try moving the plug a little while plugged in to your phone and see if it'll start charging again.

I have tried that. The phone realizes it's plugged in, it just doesn't charge past 15%.

Could be your battery is bad. Do you have another device you could test the cable on?

Otherwise, try taking a toothpick and shave it so it is very thin, and use it to clean the pocket lint out of the micro usb port on the phone. I have used this trick with a sliver of a business card folded in half. You'll be surprised at one of two things:

1) how much lint you get out of there or
2) how little lint can cause a bad connection
