I'm getting tired of chasing the Bionic's carrot on a stick. I've heard release dates anywhere from next month to christmas this year.

I'm not waiting until December to upgrade, I'll go insane.

Yea but what if its released next month and you just used ur upgrade on a charge? Lol. It depends if you want to future proof yourself phone wise, there is no other option but to wait for the beast to rise. Haha

That's my dilemma. I don't have multiple upgrades available like the OP.

Something concrete on the Bionic from Motorola or VZ would make my life, and I'm sure a lot of others lives' a bit easier.

It almost feels like they are keeping tabs on us, knowing that we are on the fence, and if they wait long enough, they will get a few more TB or Charge customers. THEN they will unveil "The Beast."

    I'm scared mommy.

I might have to change my recommendation. I said the Charge, but I forgot all about the file system thing, was reminded of it yesterday.

For the general public, it will be much easier to overcome the battery issues with the TBolt. For the Charge, the performance issues need rooting to even attempt to address the issues.

Its a hard decision for me to say which one to get now. 11 hours of rated talk time with the battery it ships with is still insane...

Make it easier and dont get either one...lol

I have both and am selling the TB. Love the screen, the battery life, and its weight. No more brick in my pocket.

The charge has battery issues as well. Plus there are no cursor key on the keyboard.

Go with the charge, I had the t-bolt for 1month and it was horrible with the battery and it would have all sorts of connectivity issues and than the reboot started...the only thing I miss is the kick stand. I have the charge now and have been really impressed thus far.

    Tbolt. More ram...more memory...faster...built solid...dev support.

Charge is cheap plastic. Doesn't even have led notification. Touchwiz is horrific and laggy. Screen is pretty though

Charge button placement is awful. Used it one handed for about 10 seconds before my thumb cramped up.
Should have put the buttons where the huge samsung logo is.
Oh well, just have to wait for something better.

Im loving my TB. Its what fits for you though. The battery isn't all that but I can charge my phone any time and I have all types of Widgets and things running on my phone. I'm not in a 4g area yet; still fast. I love the look of this phone and the kickstand. I have minor issues that I can live with but that's going to be anything you get, its not going to work perfect at all times. Charge appears to be a nice pick as well. Good luck with your future phone.

I have the Charge now, but I think I'm gonna return it for the Tbolt. I had one when they first came out and I'm wishing I would have kept it. The only advantages I think the Charge has over the Tbolt is the screen and the media player, but wayyyy too much lag for me to deal with.
