Changing music track with volume rocker?

Does anyone know what files control this? I am using BB which does not have this, but it was one of the great features I loved on Cyanogen. Is there an .xml in the system I could copy that would possibly add this on bugless? I know it isn't controlled by the music.apk so I am assuming it is the system files somewhere.....any help would be appreciated.

First off this shouldn't be in the themes section. Next I would ask Koush or Team Chaos as I believe they have this as well.

Yeah, this doesn't belong in this section. Post in the specific ROM areas, as they would probably be able to help you more. I don't think it would be as simple as copying a file to 'enable' it..but that's just what I think.
