Changing HTC Sense Dock icons

Has anyone figured out how to change up the dock icons as was promised with the new GB and Sense 2.1 update? The release said we would be able to customize the dock by swapping out icons, but I can't figure it out, or it was just a lie.

Anyone?

It was a lie. I think it was cut and pasted from another update pdf, maybe for the Droid X.

typical broken promises. I have lost faith in VZ and HTC. I will definately be rethinking my next phones manufacturer and provider
