Is there a way to do this? I do not see it in the application dialog box:
There currently isn't any way to change the MotoCast autoupload folder.
As a workaround, you can create a symlink in the default location (for me it was C:\Users\[my username]\Pictures) to whereever you want to save your files. I just tested it and it did the job as expected. You have to do this from the command line as an administrator:
cd C:\Users\[your username]\Pictures
mklink /D "Motocast Uploads" "[whatever drive/folder you want your pics and videos to go]"
