Would someone be able to change the attached icon_widget_unread image to match the color of the example icon attached? I'm HORRENDOUS when it comes to using any of the image editing tools and I know a lot of people here are fantastic!

Unfortunately the example icon is smaller and when resizing it looks distorted.

    Thanks

Rich, Great work! Like dboss007, I am not very familiar with changing the colors on icons. I am constantly switching between roms/themes and would like to ask if you would be so kind to change the color of the app drawer icon that I provided if you have the time. Would like it in cyan, blue, black, and red if possible, since those are the most popular colors for themes these days. I know you probably hate taking requests but please help me out if you can!

Once a new icon is created (or found), how do you install it? Where is the oringals located to replace them?

I am looking to change the phone, main drawer, etc.
Where can I find them on the phone?

I use LauncherPro and this is what I do. Save the image in your gallery. Long-press on the icon that you want to change, select custom icon, then choose from the ones that you have put in your gallery. As for the originals they are located within the .apk files that your rom/themes is using. They can be found in the system/ app folder. You will need Root Explorer to find them.

Got thanks. I will give it a try. Found another program on the market too. Its called ninjamorph. It worked for some and caused boot loop on others. It allows you to open the APk file, extract and change any icon image. Pretty sweet Concept.. just buggy.
    Thanks for the input.
