I give Samsung credit, they at times know how to play both sides.

mainly interested in the 3D camera from HTC. If 3D tech was cheaper will that help with VR?

My thoughts, yes and no. Yes because it will open up the development to more people which could allow the next bit of innovation and open a potential market.

No because until we get VR to where you can wear the headset for more than 15 mins without getting headaches then people are not going to really spend enough time to want to experience more content.

We are an android forum so I might want to throw out the Sony Xperia XA2 (ultra). To me the phone looks a little dated. What happened to our fascination with Sony?

A few years ago they were the company we were warming up to because they were developer friendly. But I feel like over the years they have continued to slip down the totem. I now have to ask who will Sony be able to market to and how can they change what they are?

It is amazing that so much came out o CES 2018 and I still am exploring more tech. So expect more posts as I dive into more tech though the past few days that I and others may have missed that came out. This will be a one stop for what all came out over the past few days and their are some concepts that I think can be very useful now (ie the Nissan tech shown in the video above).

me just sayin

Could Dell truly have the answer for those who want to connect to their phones via their computer, or is this already played out?

Lenovo answered a complaint I had about VR, by allowing you to cast your expience so others can follow what you are reacting to. This can make for some fun social outings with friends.

Samsung fridge running Tizen and still lagging. Well maybe Samsung should just advertise lag as a feature for their products. :p

Yes I am having fun with you Samsung users. With that said, I like the fridge.

I can see this tech coming to colleges and universities within the next few years and in most grade schools in 5 years.

Though not a reality yet I may have found my favorite concept idea of CES 2018.
