cellular data

Hello. I`m a new user of MOTOROLA DROID, I don`t remember what i do, but now on waiting screen all time shownы in the far top corner of the two red arrows in different directions and I do not know how to remove them. And writing "Cellular data disabled. Select manage data delivery" , when I goes for link turn on Data meter and everthing is turn off. What should i do?

Select the menu button on the bottom left of the device and go to "settings". There you will see "data manager". That is where you turn on and manage your data connection. Hope that helps

I know if i touch two red arrows, it links me to "data manager" i know it, but this arrows shows hole time on the up corner, and i don`t know what shoud i do to hide them or disappeare on normal mode.
