My understanding is Verizon is CDMA. AT&T would be GSM. But am by no means an expert.

Cdma. Verizon is cdma. Another way you can tell is by looking in the setting of mobile network type.

Thanks...damnit I just flashed a GSM rom instead of CDMA. Is there any reason they aren't labeled "Verizon" and "Others" lol?

edit: actually I flashed gsm galaxy nexus, but should I have flashed lte galaxy nexus?

You flash the version that's made for the phone. I don't know the effects of flashing the wrong type of rom though.

As for not labeling it Verizon or AT&T is because it's almost common knowledge among those who flash roms which network type they're on. Should've done a little more reading my friend.

And yes you should've flashed the LTE version.

Most ROM file names are tagged with either maguro or toro.

toro = CDMA - VZW LTE Galaxy Nexus
maguro = GSM Galaxy Nexus

Even when the download description is unclear, you can always check the file names for the above description to be sure you are flashing the correct version for your phone.
