Will the car dock work with the extended battery?

If you look at [video=youtube;BR0GWMn7Ygo]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BR0GWMn7Ygo[/video] you can see what looks like a depression for the Motorola Extended battery. I'm beginning to suspect that if the accessory is made by Motorola for the Bionic it will fit with the Motorola Extended battery.

There is a tray in the bottom of dock, made to accept the extended battery, (tray in standard batt, tray out extended batt.)

Yes it will work. There are 2 inserts for the dock. One for the standard an one for the extended battery

oem extended battery and cover fits fine without removing insert. I have both.
