Can't Update to ICS 4.0

I did get a notification about a week ago saying that it's out, and i pressed Ok thinking that it would download automatically. So i'm guessing there was a download button somewhere in it, but i haven't even gotten the notification again. I've tried the system update in the settings, but its grayed out. Is there another way to download it? Or fix my problem?

Are you rooted? Have you deleted anything? Reboot the device if not, then go into about phone and system updates.. try it..

No it's not rooted. Only things i have downloaded and deleted were apps from google play.

I got a notice also about the ICS upgrade last month but the phone update shows nothing available, my phone is not rooted. I googled around in Motorola website and found that my location (Saudi Arabia) may not yet be available for the update. I bought this phone as it was supposed to upgrade to ICS "soon" 8 months ago. Soon apparently is not a very well defined word.
