Can't send Pic messages but can send regular txt msg

howdy!

for some reason i am not able to send pic picture SMS anymore, yet my regular SMS still works just fine.
fyi- i am rooted and using BB7.4.
also i am using the 'stock' SMS messaging.
VW engineer told me that the "tower" is blocking me from send pics SMS so they had to escalate the ticket to a higher level ...pffffffff...


Any idea?
