Can't send email with attachment

Tried searching the forums and didn't find this exact problem (but might have missed it if someone has a link to a thread).

When I compose a new email and attach a picture or mp3 (less than 3mb) it won't send. The message just sits in my Outbox. I can email just text no problem and my X can receive email with attachments, just can't send them. Eventually it'll time out and give an error. I've had 3 other people with different droids try and they have the same problem, even someone on the Sprint network.

I've noticed this for months but just never worried about it. Now our GM is having the same problem with his X so it might be an issue we need to figure out.

After twisting our Network Admin's arm a bit they figured out it was an Active Sync setting on our Exhange Server that had to be enabled to allow attachments. After they changed it we can all send attachments now, yay!
