I have the Ultimate Droid Custom Rom installed on my Rooted Droid. I have a stock SPF recovery file, and I've taken steps to flash my phone back to stock, but it still boots up as Ultimate Droid. I want to go back to stock so I can go to Bugless Beast. I hear it's super fast on the Droid.

    What am I doing wrong?

    1. Open up RSD lite, with the SPF file loaded.
    2. Reboot into SPF Recovery Mode, with USB hooked in.
    3. Start the RSD lite.
    4. Let phone reboot, and it says 100 percent executed on RSD lite.

I've googled this also, and I know im doing it right, but it won't go back to stock. HELP!

why do you need to SBF to stock to go to bugless beast? just wipe data/cache and flash the rom.

if you want to go back to complete stock, i would follow this guide:

You are flashing a recovery only sbf. That's why it seems to do nothing. Just boot into recovery, wipe data/cache and load BB as an update.zip from recovery.
