Can't reinstall system apps

Ok i deleted a few apps removing the bloatware(yea i know freeze not delete) but whats done is done but now i can't get help center and DNLA to install any tips?

Anyone know the link to some instructions to reset my phone back to day 1 when it was when i got it, i have backup titanium pro(just bought it) and i backed up all system user info and whatnot, so i can resave contacts and everything so yea.

Resetting your phone I don't think will magically make apps come back that have been deleted. It just deletes all user info and what not.

I am sure you can find a system dump somewhere I know I have seen it and put back what you deleted.

Silly people deleting stuff instead of freezing. You probably will have to find the dump and push them via adb (if it's even possible).

I did this too. Find a system dump and I opt all the missing files to your sd card then put them in system/app and install, reboot.
