cant recieve picture messages

I had no problem recieving these messages before but the last two days it will not allow me to download them. I have checked every setting on my eris and everything is set ok. also called verizon tech support and got nothing. If anyone can help please let me know because this is very frustrating.

sigh i have the same problem..it will say that all messages are 30 kb...will attempt to download, then just give me the download button again..after a few tries it gives an error message

ditto, I have a bunch of picture messages from different people i'm pretty eager to open.

if you turned on your wifi and you are connected to a network, then 3g gets kicked off and MMS doesn't download from wifi. that was my problem. i just turned off wifi. kind of flimsy but whatever : /
