Can't Purchase Apps If Currency is NOT USD

Ok so I can buy any app I want form the market so long as the dev has set there preferred currency as US Dollars. If the app is registered in pounds, or euros, for example Titanium Backup, the charge always gets declined after a few days. Has any one else had this issue? I imagine I will have to call my bank or mastercard and speak to them on the issue to resolve it, but just wondered if any one else had this problem?

yes i have had this issue. i's to prevent fraud iirc but yes you should be able to call your bank or credit card company or whatever and they should be able to sort it out.

I've bought stuff priced in euros.

Same issue here. Bank said I wouldn't be covered under their fraud protection if they allow me to make overseas purchases... It sucks
