Cant log into google account, weird things

I completely unrooted and hard reset because these stupid things started happening. So I re-rooted and now I cant sign into my google account because it says I dont have a server connection, and everytime I reboot I have to re-sign into my google account. Also, whenever I sync my Google account (when It does go through) I get all these force closes and things dont work properly. I did a hard battery pull, the things I mentioned above, and ever formatted my SD card. I dont know whats wrong. I have Bugless Beast v1.1 with the kernel that came with it because I DONT WANNA SIGN BACK INTO MY NOT EVEN WORKING GOOGLE ACCOUNT. Help, please?
