I previously rooted my Droid following the directions at http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-labs/74028-root-droid-1-regardless-os-version.html. Now I want to install CyanogenMod following the directions at Motorola Droid: Full Update Guide - CyanogenMod Wiki. But when I try to run sbf_flash I see: Code: $ ./sbf_flash recovery-clockwork-184.108.40.206-sholes.sbf SBF FLASH 1.23 (mbm) http://opticaldelusion.org === recovery-clockwork-220.127.116.11-sholes.sbf === Index: Unexpected chip 16 00: RDL03 0x80500000-0x8054CFFF DECE AP Data: Checksum error (Expected 0xb1c2, Got 0xc9c2) 01: CG47 0xC0A00000-0xC0CFD022 B1C2 AP !! failed I imagine the checksum error is because sbf_flash is looking for a stock Droid and finding the already-rooted phone. I tried booting into the recovery from the previous directions but I seem to only be able to install update.zip from there and not the gapps that CyanogenMod recommends. Any advice?
