Can't get to the store with my phone. Can you?

I can get to it on my PC but not my phone. Anyone else having that problem? I tried downloading 3 apps from my browser but they never showed up on my phone.

Yup, just did an update of GSAM Battery Monitor a few minutes ago, connected via 4G, works perfect.

I guess it's off to VZW tomorrow. I don't know how to fix this.

-Turn off wifi.
-Toggle airplane mode.
-Reboot.
-Airplane mode toggle again.
