Can't get to Recovery; strange error.

apps still force closing but now rsd 4.6 wont recongize the device. i hope everythings ok i waited til the comp said pass before disconnecting.

The program? Or the root it did on your phone? The program all you need to do is uninstall it. The root has been replaced by whatever ROM you installed.

i would uninstall it but it doesnt show the option.

It's installed on the phone?

Home button> Menu button> Settings> Applications> Manage Applications> All tab> whatever it shows up under> Uninstall button.

Are you still rooted? If so, you'll have to terminal's superuser, root explorer's God mode,, or Ti Backup's Chuck Norris it off.

There's a Chuck Norris mode in settings somewhere.
