I'm pretty sure that they updated the SPRecovery version since the new ROM was released.....so 0.99.2b is not the most recent version now...I downloaded the SholesMod app to get the new ROM and the first thing it asked me was to update my SPRecovery because it said mine was not up to date, and I had 0.99.2b.....but I now have 0.99.3b

So they might not have the new one up yet

How do you remove the .zip? It wont let me. Im running Vista.

The file shows up as flash_image without the zip, but when I go in to the properties it says its a .zip.

How do I change to make this work? I'm getting a /sdcard/flash_image: cannot open file for read: No such file or directory

Read the middle link in my signature. Not only does it tell you how to get rid of the extension, but provides a new link for flash_image. The rest of the instructions are mostly for Pete's Bugless Beast though.
