Cant get battery to charge... operating system 68%?

When I check my battery it says that my operating systems using the most 68% Is that normal...? Im not really doing anything abnormal... Why is my processors working so hard...? :blink:

So nobody responded, so I am going to assume that 68% operating system is normal battery usage... Thank you....

Using GSam Battery Monitor's "App Sucker" the OS is consuming 19.6% on mine.

If you're using your phone for more than an hour or two a day "display" will almost always be the biggest battery usage.

I finally took the phone into the Verizon store. Told the Rep the problems my phone was having. He wiped/reformatted it in ten minutes. It fixed the problem I have been having since before Christmas. I finally have the phone that I always hoped to have. dancedroid
