This is the second Dinc I've had. Verizon replaced my first one for me because of so many issues, including data issues and really poor call quality.
Ever person I talk to says it sounds like I'm under water. It's affecting my ability to conduct my business because we have to cut our call short due to frustration or their inability to hear me. I've tried it on speaker phone, just regular phone, and with various ear buds and it's always the same. It's choppy and 'garbly.'
I searched and tried to do that trick that starts by dialing ##778 and my phone won't dial that and actually take me to the next menu where I would then chose edit.
I just don't know what to do. I have such little faith in the refurbs Verizon sends out. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do? I'm not able to get an upgrade until July 2012! That's an awfully long time to deal with a crappy sounding phone. Other than that I love it. But that's a pretty big issue...
Thank you for any input.
