cant download from the market

I just got the WIFI only Xoom and I cant download anything from the market. I select to download and the app is moved to my apps and says downloading, however thats all it does. I let it go on 1 app for over 20 minutes and still just sat there saying downloading. I am able to download apps through my browsrer though. Is there a setting that I missing or something?

I reset to factory and started over again. Now its downloading from the market.
