Sorry for my newness, as this is my first post here.
I recently purchased a Samsum S4 (Sprint) 1-2 months ago, and everything for the most part has been fine (I mean i get weird bugs where the phone restarts itself randomly sometimes, but not common enough to be annoying). Anyways, in the last 1-2 weeks or so...I have only been able to connect to the internet via wifi at my house. If i step out of wifi range, I cant use apps such as facebook or snapchap...and I cant send texts for the most part..sometimes i can randomly, but i only usually reliably get them and send them with home wifi...and also Phone calls are random..sometimes i can get them sometimes i cant. I literally see the phone showing i have 3-4 bars of connection when i try to connect to facebook/snapchat...but it says I cant connect to the internet. My friend has the same phone and same provider, and he doesnt get these problems..so i think its some problem with my device.
