So I followed this guide http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-hacks/10924-how-adb-windows-made-easy.html to install adb so I can use that sexy smoked glass rom, only I have a problem.

Once I'm in the adb shell and I need to change the directory to the tools file, I type cd \android\tools and it responds with:
    cd: cant cd to androidtools

Can anyone tell me whats wrong and how to solve this? Thanks!

(P.S I searched for cant change directory in sdk, cant cd tools, and other variations and the search engine said the words were too common. I also read the entire thread teaching how to install adb and nobody else had a similar issue. Yes, I checked USB debugging as well.)
