You used Wug's toolkit right? Just use that again to flash the recovery. I'm giving you manual instructions, but since you used the automated script, using his tool kit again would probably be easiest for you.

Worst case scenario you can use rom manager to flash it. The free one works to accomplish this if you don't have the premium one. But it never hurts to do it the old fashioned way (the way I prefer) or at least know how to do it.

This is the third phone I have rooted and the first time I've done a one click root. Next time I'll not be lazy and go through all the steps.

I do have rom manager. I'll try that.

Just click "flash clockwork mod recovery" at the top. It has a habit of not sticking if you do it that way though.

I'll be honest I do everything the manual way but I did use rom manager to flash recovery due to time constraints that day. If it doesn't stick the first time around then try it again and you *should* be good to go.

And make sure you select the right one. It has cdma and GSM as options.

Ok I unchecked USB debugging, and now I'm able to access recovery from rom manager and quickboot. Is this a requirement to get into recovery? I remember doing on my X but it slipped my mind with the Nexus.

Thanks for you help guys!

Well I don't use rom manager to access recovery, I only did to flash it initially. But just trying it now I had it checked and was able to use rom manager. So I'm not sure why you needed to uncheck.
