Okay so i got a moto droid used from a friend, totaly stock. I activated it, then tried to root it. I am a total noob. I had no idea what I was doing and I thought I followed the instructions but idk. After the factory initial reset, the phone says it is no longer active, but on verizions website it lists the phone as active and when I dial *228 it tells me the phone is active as well. I then realized that I did the root wrong because i couldn't install the rom i wanted.
Since then I have rooted it with rsdlite, installed cyanogenmod7 rom. When I still couldn't activate it I flashed it back to stock. And it still wont work.
I have searched the forums and I still can't figure it out any help would be appriciated
