cannot upload to web

I have recently realized I cannot upload anything to any web site. Where you would hit to find the file you want it says uploads disabled. Does this on dolphin and native browser. Not sure when it started though.

what kind of file are you trying to upload?

Pictures, anything really. But the issue is I don't even have the option to do it. I'd like to post a screen shot of my home screen but can't . Any site I got to says uploads disabled wherever the tab for adding the attatchment.

Yeah, same issue. Using a standard web page upload control doesn't seem to work.

Some scripting isn't recognized by either browser yet so the various tags used to initiate a click link aren't active (greyed out).

Yea can't upload pics on any of the vBulletin sites i frequent?
