Cancelling upload event.

Hi all,
question here regarding stopping the Upload over wifi service.
I tried to upload a vid from my X to YouTube but it was seeking out a Wifi connection and I was not in an area to connect to one so I tried to stop it but only had the pause option, not stop. I then deleted the vid file but it is still trying to upload the vid, waiting on a Wifi connection! I then when into Settings>>Application settings>>Running services and stopped some services I was not sure of but nothign obvious is shown. The X is still trying to upload the non existant video.
Anyone have any ideas on how to cancel this?

from your home click menu - settings - applications - manage - menu - filter - running - my uploads - force stop.
