Hey, I just want to know if we can delete or modify(i.e. change title) threads that we have created? I searched faq's and everything but it only has info about editing replies.

No, and I can't even modify the title of a thread.

Wow, that's a forum first for me...I've never seen a forum where you can't edit/delete a thread(this is a very helpful site though). Thanks for the rapid response Vulcan, -d.

Is this still the case? You cannot edit your own posts? because I see some seem to be able to...

You can edit your posts but editing the titles of threads is only available to mods/admins and only for the first 30 mins that the thread was open. I heard a good reason why but I can't remember it. Also only mods/admins are able to close or delete threads.
