Power down the phone. Remove the sim card. Power up and wait 30 seconds to a minute. Power down. Reinsert sim card and power up. Your data should come back shortly.

And no offense but you really should have read more on why you root or if you even need to root.

Didnt work.it looks like i need a link to turn my phone back to stock. Anyone know how to do that. I rooted it with mtofail.

i dont think that the rooting caused this. something else you did. ..check your mobile settings.... and do a stock recovery wipe..last resort do a fxz... rooting has nothing to do with your connection..

For temporary till I get more time o had to turn my DROIDX on as Verizon trouble shoot they can't seem to fix over the problem so they think its the sim card so they giving me one. Hope this can be the problem
