    I rarely do this but disregard the quoted statement. You don't want to use Easy Root.

    link 3 in my sig is the only way to disable the recovery partition from being overwitten every reboot.

    Actually I just read on the DroidMod site, DMU12 won't root 2.2 yet. Exploid isn't included in it, but the next release will. Go with what tallica said.
