Can someone please help? 3g issues

So I was recently texting on my droid 2, when out of nowhere it decides not send my messages. I restarted my phone and 3g disappeared, I cant connect to wi-fi either. I went to settings status and my phone says " Mobile Network State Disconnected" I already tried the airplane mode, and the battery thing. I also restored my phone back to factory settings and still my phone will not connect. What should I do? If verizon can't fix this, Am I able to get another phone? (I got my phone back in September, which i highly doubt they'll give me another.)

i'm not sure why your phone is acting up, but the phones come with a year warranty so if you take it in now you should be able to get a like new refurb
