Can someone help me out?

So I'm wanting to take some screen shots of my droid. I know this has been explained b4, but I am running into some problems. I have Windows 7 and when I put my phone in debugging mode, it doesn't find the driver for the phone.

Another thing is when I try to launch the ddms.bat file it just flashes a small black box then nothing. Someone help? TIA
