Can Someone Explain To Me How To Do This?

I'm kind of bored with my Droid X, sick of it actually. I want to do soemthing new with it, and im rooted.

I'm pretty tech savy, but when it comes to software, I'm a mess.

but I have absolutely no idea on how to do this and the guides didn't help that much.

can someone explain in detail on how to do this? I want it to be able to play sound too, that'd be awesome (like in the video). Thanks!! dancedroid

I tried like 10 different ways, I'm going crazy, nothing works. It keeps telling me that theres no file or directory that could be found
