Ok, so one of the cons to AT&T's unlimited mobile is, I cannot access and or turn my hotspot on. They have disabled it.

Anyone know a trick to turn it on?

This youtube video is all that makes sense so far. My only question is, he used a chrome cast, that runs off of wifi. I use a screenmini2 which solely relies on my phones data supply.

According to the video, you have to connect to SOME kind of wifi network. If the screenmini2 connects to the phone via wifi, that might work.

If not, find a McDonalds or a coffee shop or something nearby with free wifi and use that.

Just don't stay connected to any unsecured, free wifi networks for very long.

If yall would mind taking a small amount of time to watch the video, i would appreciate it greatly.

I am currently on the phone with att. They offered a 100gb solution that would enable my hotspot useage.

Idk, i do not feel right being dishonest. But I paid att 1200 to start my plan withbthe promise my signal would be fine. They lied. And their solution was their micro cell, which runs off of wifi. I have zero carriers that supply internet to me. With the exception of uverse. So, tje company that failed to provide the service they promised, the solution is their very own uverse internet service.

Wanna know something funny, i am literally 45 seconds from the closest uverse box. I have put in 3 different please for them to come to my home. They have refused all 3 times.

So, the solution to make their service work properly, that i pay for monthly, that is supposed to work anyhow, they refuse to provide the solution.

An app that does just what you're asking to do.

I used to use it on occasion on Verizon when I still had an unlimited data plan.
